On my gaming laptop from Asus ROG (AMD 1600X and RX 580 4GB). When I started it, the fan started to get loud. Have tried several times to restart it and stuff. Then keep doing something loud.
Undervolten.
Replace thermal paste.
Adjust settings in the BIOS.
Either via the fan control in the BIOS or download an app! I'm not very familiar with AMD, but there should definitely be an app where you can set the curve manually! I screwed on my Lappi and replaced the thermal paste with liquid metal. Since then it has been whisper quiet and cooler. However, this is only for freaks and if you do something wrong, he is gone!
