Windows 10 lock screen problem?

When I start up my laptop (ASUS TUF Gaming FX505DV-HN311T), the set standard color appears first (for a few seconds) (in this case the color blue) and then the lock screen. Sometimes this blue screen comes up even after the lock screen appears.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem?
