Caps Lock activates itself, what can you do about it?

The problem manifests itself as follows: when I start my laptop (Windows 10 as software), it usually starts with an active caps lock key. Pressing this does not change anything, it remains active. Now comes the fact that when I press the letters B and or N, the caps lock switches on or off. I tried a lot in the keyboard setting, but without success.

I'm writing a term paper and this problem makes it so much more work, does anyone have a suggestion how I can solve the problem?

Just search google for caps lock is automatically activated and then an explanation from Chip should come as it goes away I had the same problem too

In the last few days I have read 100 articles on the topic, but found nothing that explains my problem or creates help.
