Are you aware that the ASUS device is sold out? The ASUS device contains a more powerful processor and the ACER device has a better graphics card. The ASUS device has twice the amount of RAM, but depending on what you want to play, you may still get along with 8 GB. If your plan was actually to maybe buy the device from ASUS, that will be eliminated anyway. But I wouldn't buy the ACER device either. Firstly, because I would never get an Acer device in the house, and secondly, because you can get something better for the price.
