Asus vivobook e200ha completely flattened?

Hi, I really need your help! First of all: I'm not a computer speci and I do not know much about it. So please, please no technical ;-) to the problem: I wanted to sell my notebook and reset it to factory settings. At some point, rumrödeln eternal, suddenly nothing went. The screen changed from black to asuslogo and could only be exhibited with difficulty. After rebooting again the same picture. I probably just made everything totally flattened. The entire hard disk deleted! Could be totally annoying me! But can you do anything here and play Windows 10 again? I thank you already times in advance! LG Ana

You can reinstall Windows 10 at any time. To do this you need the Media Creation Tool https://www.pcwelt.de/...68566.html So you can create a Windows 10 USB stick.

After creating the stick, plug in the stick and turn on the laptop. Immediately press F2 (if necessary several times). Now you are in UEFI. There in the boot order put the stick in the first place. Save and exit.

The laptop restarts and boots the stick. Now you can reinstall Windows 10. You do not have to enter the product key, it is permanently integrated in the UEFI.

If Windows 10 is installed, you go to the manufacturer side of the laptop. There download and install the drivers.

Thank you for the fast answer. I tried twice. Unfortunately, without done. In uefi I have everything set as described, but the device does not restart. The screen continues to switch between black and asus logo. Another idea what I could do?
