Buy a new or used laptop up to 500 euro?

I'm facing a challenge that is not really solvable for me - the laptop purchase - the past 15 years have totally flown past me and I simply have no real idea (RAM, processor…)

What should he be able to do and what do I need him for: for traveling and working (Exel, Word and Outlook)

What is your recommendation? A used Airbook - preferably a new Asus - or a completely different model - where should I buy it? I'm not a very big fan of big A - online providers 😏

Would take an Asus or HP laptop. However, it depends on the model. Would be good if you could link your selection, then I could tell you if they are good for you.

Edit: I would not choose the Macbook. Especially in the 500 euro and price / performance class.

An SSD (128 gb or more).

AMD Ryzen 5 CPU or higher.
