Error with Cubase what can I do?

I bought Cubase Artist 10 and installed it properly on my laptop (Asus). My laptop meets all system requirements! However, if I want to play something like the Groove Agent (listen), this message appears (see photo)!

I have the new update and all related files installed.

Hopefully you can help me! If necessary, I have to contact the support. Since I can't find an e-mail address anywhere, it would be nice if you could tell me this! Thanks in advance!

See if the files are where you wanted to install them or under Users \ (user) \ App Data \ Roaming \ Steinberg. If the latter, you have to move it to the right place.

Groove Agent is installed and everyone else too! How can I add a photo to the answer?

The only things I see here are stuff like "Groove Agent SE 5 Kits content! If I knew how to add a photo I could do one and attach!

I have now raufgeglickt on Groove Agent SE 5 kits content and then on FCP_SMT_779_Gase _Laser_Beams then what Steinberg gepoped and I have the file installed now I'll see if it works now!
