I have a problem that my Logitech Z623 speakers with subwoofer do not work properly on my ASUS FX504GD GTX 1050 laptop. I have had the boxes and the laptop for about 1 1/2 years and worked perfectly together. For about 2 months now there has been the problem that the low tones are not reproduced correctly from the subwoofer, which makes the overall sound quite plastic. The problem occurs from time to time. For a few days everything works fine and then for a few days it doesn't work again. If I connect the boxes to other devices such as Connect cell phone or other laptops while the problem is there, they work fine, so I would rule out the boxes as the cause of the problem. If I connect other boxes to the laptop during the problem, the other boxes on my laptop also work perfectly. It is only the interaction between the Logitech boxes and the ASUS laptop, which sometimes causes problems from time to time.
Does anyone have a solution or even a solution?
Probably driver problems. Too old or too new.
There was also with my sound card. With the old drivers everything ok. With the newest it spins around. So update deactivated.
Yes, it seems familiar to me, brokenly updated
How do I deactivate the update or reset it?
If updates are available, display them beforehand and do not install them immediately.
Reset goes via: Control Panel / Programs and Features / Show installed updates, click on update and uninstall.
Unfortunately does not work. I have now uninstalled update for update and tried again and again whether it works. Without success.
Try reinstalling the device from the driver CD of your mainboard, or download from the manufacturer's site.
