Bad sound through laptop?

I got new boxes for my laptop. I only had one headset before.

After connecting the speakers with subwoofer (https://www.amazon.de/...00YR92T90/ https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B00YR92T90/ the quality of the music on the laptop is poor (absolutely no bass in the music). I have an Acer laptop (about 4-5 years old). If I run the music on my phone (exactly the same) then the quality is great. So the speakers or the subwoofer are not broken. But since the music works on the laptop, I do not think that the sound card is broken, because the headset has worked great for years.

Can / must I change something here (except at the Equelaiser, since I've already done something that works and that brings nothing) so that the music gets back bass

Thank you for the help and greetings!

Ps: my PC does not recognize correctly that the speakers are connected, because they are not displayed but he always thinks he still lst the laptop boxes (output)

If you go out of the laptop speaker jack to supply your active speakers should make the output of the volume on the laptop smaller because the input of the speakers is quickly overridden. Take laptop volume back and forth but speaker volume up until playback is more sonorous

Sh

Unfortunately that does not work

Havete boxes with bluetooth? If yes, try the playback here

Sh

No, but the sound on the phone is good, so it's not the boxes

Su

Possibly try with USB audio plug or module

Check times in the control panel ---> sound ---> speaker output (sound card) and then configure on the bottom ---> on the second page is then a setting whether the speakers are to run as a satellite or full-range speakers - there hooks with full-range speakers - then comes out the full frequency spectrum.
