To work, I connected my Asus laptop to a larger external monitor using an HDMI cable.

If I now install / use a blue light filter, it only works on the laptop screen.

How can I make it so that I also have a blue light filter on the monitor that I'm looking at?

Blue light filters are a fad.

In fact, they are completely superfluous.

But I know from my own experience that my eyes are not tired after use…
