How do I activate the Asus battery saver mode?

I have an Asus laptop. I was able to set the laptop to only charge 60%, 80% or 100% using the battery symbol at the bottom of the bar. Since I always used it plugged in, I set it to 60% to save the battery. But since my hard drive was broken and I now have a new one with a new Windows system, this function is no longer available, or I can't find it. Can someone tell me where to find them or if I can install another tool so that the laptop only charges 60% full again?
