Why is that not intel extreme tuning?

I downloaded intel extreme tuning to turn off the turbo boost for me because my CPU temperature in games like Anthem or sea of thieves and certainly also in other games is mostly over 90 degrees. I can't turn it off in the bios (asus rog). That's why I downloaded intel extreme tuning. Unfortunately the on / off function is faded. I don't have what to do, can someone help me?

Extreme tuning is only possible with the K-CPUs. And the notebook CPUs get very warm under load now is not necessarily new… There's actually not much you can do
