Since I do not know anything about PCs and laptops at all, I depend on your help!
I need a new laptop. The only requirements are that I occasionally play games like Planet Zoo, Planet Coaster and maybe Sims 4 on it. Otherwise it is hardly used at all! Which is why I do not want to spend thousands of Euro. Mainly games on the console.
If you do not want to spend thousands of euro I recommend a PC 🤷♂️
What are you willing to spend for it?
Although simulation games are generally not very demanding in terms of hardware, Planet Coaster is an exception. In a fully developed park, even a gaming notebook can work up a sweat.
So my last Lappi cost 500 euro, I did not want to spend more. Whether Pc or laptop I would actually synonymous preference preferably laptop, but as I said I have no idea 🙈
Would also be an option.
Sticking point is Planet Zoo. The part wants to have a lot.
We recommend a GTX 1070 and 16 GB RAM.
A corresponding laptop is already over 1,000 euro.
Alternatively there would be a laptop with 8 GB of RAM and a GTX 1660 TI
That's for 1,000 euro.
For example, The Acer Nitro 5 AN515-54-58EK
Slightly slimmed down with a GTX 1650 then the Lenovo IdeaPad L340-15IRH for not quite 800 euro.
Ah Krass, would not have thought that the game is so demanding but thanks for the tip, I'll take a look.
Most simulation games have a disproportionate hardware requirement. Above all, new titles not only want a powerful CPU and a lot of RAM but also a powerful GPU.
Seems so. I'm surprised by the hardware requirements of Planet Zoo. I have Planet Coaster myself, and I know how demanding it is, especially in terms of CPU performance.
Long game time = many calculations per round. And Planet Zoo has a pretty graphic.
Irgndwo in the endgame of CIV4 took the round calculation for a long time. And these are well-programmed games now.
With such Undinger as this tractor simulators you need something more in the high-end area. Grottig optimized.
And with a PC would I be better served? What do they cost with this performance? So only the calculator?
Here you come with this:
Danke!
