My sims 4 gallery does not work. In origin it shows me that I'm online but as soon as I'm in the game it works zero! Even if I click on go online it loads forever and spins. If my friend plays in the same account she can access it (another laptop)
with me it is not even though I'm not registered in origin.
Hope someone can help me. I really want it to work
Originally, let's fix / verify the game files.
This may take some time and you should not be able to do anything with the game in time, but at least any erroneous files will be checked and possibly replaced.
How do you do that?
Right click on the game and there you can click fix
