Will this notebook perform well for Creo Parametric and other applications?

I need a notebook for school. I'm eyeing the Microsoft Surface Go (laptop) with an Intel Core ™ i5 processor of the 10th generation - 1035G and 8GB Ram.

Is this performance enough for common applications and Creo? (technical drawing program)

I also have a powerful stand PC that I use!

So for things like MS Office, browsing up to 10 tabs and a technical drawing program that should be enough. So yes, you are definitely in good hands with that, as long as you don't expect a PC that can quickly render videos in 4k and does more than Portal 2 in terms of gaming, but you already have one for that.
