I have a new laptop and I need to download a CAD program called Creo for the school. The .zip file is 4+ GB in size and every time I'm at (Firefox) about 1GB download, it aborts the download. Have tried it 3 times, every time crashed.
Now I've tried it at Microsoft Edge and I'm at 1.3GB 1,3GB at once stopped the download, he simply has not loaded.
Why? My laptop is brand new.
Sounds very much like you do not have enough memory available if it always breaks off at the same size.
How much space do you have on C: free?

otherwise it can actually only a connection termination, either by the server (why ever) or by the client, so you (possibly because the internet was short who) but which is unlikely, if it always happens at 1gb.
