There's a reset function under Windows then the laptop is in the factory state.
You would then have to run the CCleaner on a second PC, since it is not allowed to delete itself. That should work, but it's usually enough to reinstall Windows once and format the hard drive - as long as you don't work for the NSA and an IT specialist wants to repeat your data, nobody can access your data that quickly; -)
