I have the following problem. And when I play a Steam game it works for the first 5 minutes as normal. But after about 5 minutes the game just crashes. Most of the time I can still hear the sound, but I can no longer see anything. With some I have a temporary still picture where the game starts after the still picture and with a game I get an error message.
I also have all drivers up to date.
Can someone help me here?
Thank you in advance!
My laptop:

(but with 32GB Ram)
What game is it?
Which game?
To everyone
To everyone
Please name the games anyway, because maybe they require something that your laptop does not fulfill.
No wonder your Laptoop has no graphics card and the integrated graphics are far too weak to run anything at all. CS: GO, League of Legends and similar games should work, but something like Call Of Duty, Doom and other current games are therefore unplayable and therefore crash.
That is not correct I have a Radeon 530 as a graphics unit
CS: GO, Batman Arkham Knight, Rocket League etc.
All games ran flawlessly
Anyway, it's too weak for most games.
What do the temperatures say? Because even with unnecessary 32 GB of RAM, the laptop is not intended for gaming.
It is not because all games worked. PERFECT!
I know it's not a gaming laptop, but some games still run (except for Steam's other games)
CPU: around 90-100 ° under full load (the case for all games)
I wrote it down
Aha… The maximum temperature is 100 degrees. So you're already at the limit, which is why I'm putting it on the temperature first until you lower the temperatures and you're still having problems.
When I look at the benchmarks for this graphics unit on Notebookcheck, you come in
Arkham Knight in 1080p just at 11fps, in 720p at 21fps.
CS: GO in 1080p 35fps
Rocket League 1080p 24fps
You can do that as Flawless! Describe.
Install a program like CAM or others that display temperature, clock etc. And see how busy the CPU and GPU are while playing and what their name is.
First to the FPS: I have about 53 FPS at CS: Go on maximum settings in 1080p about 53 FPS Arkham Knight about 25 FPS Rocket League Ulta Settings about 35 FPS in my settings.
To the temperatures:
CPU: around 90-100 ° under full load (the case for all games)
Oha, that's way too hot. Many laptops are designed up to 105 ° C but I would still see that the CPU stays below 90 ° C. Ever renewed the thermal paste?
Even recently with Thermal Grizzly Hydronout
Did the CPu get so hot before the paste was replaced?
Yes
Respectively. I don't know exactly but I think so
Could be that you didn't put the cooler on properly or used too much paste.
Yes, it could be that I will apply new thermal paste again today to see if it is better
Unfortunately did not work
