Internet hangs as soon as I go into a game?

I have a 20 ping and as soon as I go into CS: GO or another game hangs my internet then I have a 5000 ping that is no longer normal.

Couple info: I have a laptop and the internet provider is TP_LINK

So your provider is certainly not TP Link, this is a manufacturer for routers and Co. Your laptop is connected via what, WLAN or LAN?

Then we will probably have the problem (almost). The connection is just too bad. One possibility that would be offered here would be to try DLAN.

Then try to find out your internet provider… But TP Link isses not said ^^
