Telekom ping too high?

Please excuse my spelling in advance. I'm a dyslexic.

I have a VDSL 100k line at Telekom! And currently I play on my Ps4 Warzone and unfortunately my ping is always between 40-60 and I find that a bit stupid. Tried a bit in the router but nothing changes. I have the Speedport Smart3. And the Ps4 is connected via LAN cables. Before that I had a 400k line from Unitymedia and sometimes had a ping of 5-10ms

Do you have any tips?

Ps. The Speedtest 15MS tells me about my laptop that runs on Wi-Fi
