My new laptop arrived yesterday and I immediately started testing it. Are games running on it etc. So also whether he is able to output the midikeyboard in my music program Magix Music Maker in real time because my age couldn't. So the keyboard was plugged in, it was recognized and off we went. However, the laptop only recognizes the keyboard for a few seconds / tones and then no more keystrokes are detected. The same problem occurred in Cubase 10, which I only used for test purposes. It can be fixed by taking the cable out and then plugging it back in, then everything starts all over again 😅 on my main PC, however, everything runs without problems.
I hope you can help me with this problem because I've tried everything for myself. Driver installed / uninstalled, PC reset, tried all USB connections, Windows updated and the program.
I'm typing on a trash keyboard.

I've already done it as described 😅 everything went smoothly. It is still a garbage keyboard, but it has always worked until now and it just doesn't work on the laptop
