Laptop when turning on comes following

When I log in and click on X or OK, a black background appears directly and then I can do nothing but turn off my laptop. Does anybody know what it is or what I should do?

I would start Windows in Safe Mode and see if that works.

Then save all your data on an external drive.

Ideally, you then re-install Windows. This should solve the problem I think.

st

Start in Safe Mode and then go to Settings Security. Try to restore the system there. Probably you have recently installed a device or a driver update may have been recorded automatically.

Search for "Restore Time" in Help.

But I can't click on it, if I click on the Windows sign on it, nothing happens or what do you mean?

da

How do I restore that in safe mode?

(I do not recommend the program! Only the article)

When I see your desktop I'm already sick.

1. You have 4 (!) Antivirus programs installed. That there's an error is inevitable

2. You have installed Chromium, which you get in 99% of the cases as an adware, because one is too stupid to take out the hooks when installing program.

3. The message that you get is either a mistake because of the many unnecessary programs or a virus.

The system only helps to put on new.

What do you mean by "restore"? You secure your data by pressing on copy and storing them on another drive, e.g. An external hard drive or a USB stick.
