Can you also set down a monitor

I recently signed up for a master's school and therefore had to buy a lot of things. I know that I can deduct half of all material costs (office materials, literature, etc.) that I need for further training, i.e. 50:50.

The training takes place in the virtual classroom, so I also had to get a laptop. I think the screen is too small and that's why I also bought a monitor, whereby I connected the two with hdmi so that I have a better overview.

My question now would be, can I also deduct my monitor for tax purposes or is it only possible for my laptop?

Re

You can also put the monitor down.

Do you do this part-time? You pay taxes, don't you?

Gu

Yes, exactly part-time. But I have to finance everything myself, I don't get any support from my employer (I don't know whether that plays a role).
