Connect the monitor to the laptop, no picture?

I hope someone can help me. I'm already on the verge of desperation, I can't find anything about this problem on the Internet. I have connected a monitor, mouse, keyboard, webcam and microphone to the laptop. For a few months now it has been the case that certain monitors are no longer showing any picture. For test purposes I have several monitors, some give a clear picture, some with a lot of red noise in the picture and some none at all. With my main monitor, it is recognized everywhere, i.e. In the device manager, in the display settings as a second monitor (expand display), and in the Nvidia control panel and wherever else it is recognized… But no matter what I try set it remains black…

But when I connect the monitor to the Elgato Game Capture HD 60s and connect it to the monitor, a picture comes out very clear and clear in the resolution that the monitor gives. As soon as I leave the capture card off, there's no picture again.

The problem is that the monitor just turns black every now and then as if it would lose the connection and then there's another picture… Sometimes even 5 times in a row at intervals of seconds…

Maybe it's because of the size of the monitors, which I can't imagine, because the monitors that work are 24 inches and those that don't work are 27 inches…

The thing is, I would like to play games over 60HZ like shooters… The capture card doesn't allow it even though my monitor has 165HZ… That's why I want to connect the monitor without a capture card, but then there's no picture…

I think I've explained enough for now, I hope someone can help me…

If I were you, I would check the connections for a loose connection.

Hi, thanks for your quick reply. If I already have a loose contact, I don't think so, at least I couldn't make one out. In the meantime I have reinstalled Windows several times… But it didn't work…

Everything speaks for a loose contact. Possibly a cold solder joint. Maybe an electronics technician should check it out, if it's worth it to you.
