Can't connect the laptop to the TV with an HDMI cable?

I've been trying to connect my TV with an HDMI cable for hours.

It disappears as soon as I connect the cable to the television and the laptop screen and the television turns green.

I have already tried wireless transmission and it always writes me an error, but it is enough if it would work with a cable.

Maybe change your TV, laptop or cable? Maybe something is broken?

So the cable goes with the Ps4, so that's not the problem, the laptop goes with a monitor and the TV goes with the Ps4 so I don't know where the problem is.
