I'm looking for a PC (where I don't want to gamble on it) the PC should have 32 GB of RAM and the cpu should be a Ryzen segment. The graphics card doesn't have to be good! I want to run several virtual machines on the PC, each with 1GB Ram (approx. 20 virtual machines in total). But on the virtual machines I will only have 1-2 tabs on the internet that do not consume much power. The price doesn't really matter, it should be expensive, preferably no 1,000 euro.
At Aldi there are good pcs every year for not so much money they are actually perfect for you you can even gamble on them for less than 500 euro I'm sure
So I do not know such a PC now, but I wonder if this is necessary at all for the task that you want to accomplish. That sounds more like a server setup than a "normal" PC and I would not necessarily rely on an AMD, but rather on an Intel.

20 browser windows could be more efficient with less effort. You should also have a physical core for each virtual machine. AMD segment → thread ripper (1500 euro +). If you want to do multi accounting in a browser game try the onion browser and open 20x.
