Which laptop is good for a company's accounting?

Re
18

Have to find a laptop that boots up quickly, with which you can write invoices and open various programs and tabs without it becoming slow.

Does anyone know which laptop is good for this?

Va

Lenovo Thinkpads from T450. Preferably the i7 models.

Or. From 2019 the Ryzen models.

Re

Are the notebooks that are displayed here already filtered?

Re

Thank you!

St

From 15"

from 8GB RAM

Ryzen 5

You also stated in another answer budget ~ 600 euro, that is currently very tight as you can see yourself

Re

That's right, but the budget can definitely be increased by 200 euro

St

Then you can also add the Ryzen 7 and the i7

But accounting doesn't really swallow performance. Of course, it also depends on which one you use

Then looks something like this:

Laptop accounting flexible good?

Nowadays it's not an equipment problem but a software problem.
Small, medium or large company?

Regardless, except for "professionals", nowadays it is less the hardware but much more the "apps" (if simple, fast and understandable) that are responsible… Unfortunately!

"Inability beats quality". My opinion.

As fast as possible? Laptop, smartphone, PC, etc. Simply with your own software, or a good decision (purchase, selection, info, etc.) on what to "bet" on.

In order to open many programs at the same time, the RAM is of course primarily important, as is the CPU.

GPU does not play such a big role in accounting.

Screen refresh rate isn't that important either (60hz would be the good standard for this)

Just look at https://www.notebooksbilliger.de/...lliger.de/

Re

Thank you, I'll have a look around. In terms of price, this is within reasonable limits. And that's right, bookkeeping hardly needs any computing power.

Ti

600 euro is enough

You really don't need Ryzen 7, n Ryzen 5 4500U, even the 5 3500U is absolutely sufficient!

Re

Small business. And exactly want to remain flexible so that I can take this thing with me. And of course, the software doesn't do much for me either. Are all smaller programs such as online banking programs.

A client-server solution is usually preferred for the accounting of a larger company because this software is operated from different workstations. For small businesses such as To work with Lexware accountants, almost any computer with Windows 10 is sufficient, the requirements for it are less great.

A computer with Intel 5 would be sufficient, I did my own accounting with Lexware for a while, it works fine.

I would advise an accountant to have a desktop PC for health reasons, because the operation and the display are a lot better.

St

Of course not mandatory, but at 600 euro and the current market situation, the selection is not particularly large and, as far as I know, the one in DE with the largest range is cheaper

Ti

To rely only on NBB is negligent. There are enough other providers and NBB is not exactly the best.

At 600 euro there's more than enough choice and much less is enough for bookkeeping

Re

Thank you. I work in a small business and from home. My normal PC is always next to the laptop, which is why I write a lot of emails from there, for example. That's why I'm not at the laptop long a day

St

SO

I certainly won't go there and go to EVERY shop and go through the notebooks

I can expect SOMETHING initiative from other people here

Of course, if you have the muse and, above all, the time, you are of course welcome to relieve the questioner of the work

Ti

Certainly not. I might tell him what he needs and then he can look for it himself.

If you made this your business please.

I also didn't say that you should search through all the shops, but since you specifically mentioned NBB, I say that NBB is not the greatest provider.
There's always trouble with returns, warranty and guarantee.
After I needed a lawyer to get an answer to me at all, I'm definitely not going to buy there anymore.
