Can I check if my VRAM is damaged?

I have had the following problem for about 2 weeks.
When I change the programs in Windows 10, I often see different colored squares, but mostly only after long use.
In my opinion, this indicates damaged Vram, the graphics card.

Now I wanted to ask if I can still check this.

Baking healthy is also not possible because I have a laptop.

You could try MEMTEST (or what it's called) first. Or you borrow a graphics card from a buddy and try it.

You can't bake a memory healthy.

There are benchmarks for this. 3D Mark e.g.
