Hall I'm looking for a cheap M.2 eGpu adapter… Since I unfortunately do not have Thunderbold 3 and or mini Pci on my laptop… I chose M.2 … But these are unfortunately more expensive than expected ^^ '?

if someone knows cheaper models I would be very happy ^^

Which CPU do you use? Maybe a Thunderbolt eGPU is worth more…

What do you want to achieve with the external PCIe port?

The CPU will never be enough for gaming.

Um… The laptop's Celeron processor is far too weak. You can't run a graphics card properly with this. The Celeron is weaker than the processor of my NAS system. Even for office work, it is almost too weak. An eGPU is not worth it… The bottleneck would be 60-70%.
There has to be a new device… The cheap ones just don't bring it. If you had bought a Ryzen-based device from Asus for around 100 euro more or an old business laptop, it would have worked. Even my replacement laptop with an i7-2960XM has more power.

I didn't want to know if it was enough to gamble… I wanted to know if there was a cheap adapter @flauski

It probably won't work at all. But this laptop is just garbage. Used devices that are partially 5+ years old (i5-2520M!) Are faster. 250 euro make a NAS, but not a laptop. If I had been you, I would have bought a device like the Fujitsu Lifebook T-901. It offers about 30% more power and would even have had a kind of cable duct.

Please get a gaming PC.

I know is meant nice… But in itself that was not my question… But thanks anyway ^^ …
