They sometimes have something on offer.

But will usually be a current lame Pentium processor.

Unless you take a used the 1st or 2nd generation of Intel CPU.

Depends heavily on your claims. But so from 400 euro you can't do much wrong, as long as you do not have video editing or gaming.
