Computer or laptop?

My sister's daughter would like a laptop or computer my question to you would be what is better she has to go to the hospital very often because of (illness) and actually just wants to play a few games on cd and watch YouTube, which is more worthwhile and what can you buy cheap with wisely that she can do something like that plus write a bit for herself because she likes to do something like that, so neither get to know people nor play online or online that would not be great if someone knew something. A laptop would definitely be worth it. Is handier and easier to transport. I guess it doesn't have to be a high-end / gaming laptop. If the budget is under 500, the LENOVO IdeaPad 1 or the HP 14-dk1322ng would be an idea.

First of all: I'm not very familiar with different laptop models, so no recommendations before I say something wrong:

First of all, of course, a laptop is worth a lot more than a computer if you have to go to the hospital more often.

Then of course it would be good to know how powerful it should be. It now sounds in the games ect. Not where you need a laptop for several thousand euro.

However, you shouldn't save too much either, if the laptop is too bad, it can even be annoying when watching YouTube (once I had a bad one, I couldn't watch videos comfortably because they jerked)

Clearly a laptop, you could take it with you wherever you go and there are now powerful laptops that even run a bit better than computers. You should be able to play games without any problems, and most laptops have CD-ROMs built-in.
