Huge Internet problem on the computer (Win10)?

Although I have had problems with computers very often and could always solve them, there has been a problem for half a year, which is unsolvable for me and makes me speechless. It's about: I'm at Telekom and for half a year, my computer has a connection error every few minutes, I notice it when I'm online gaming and / or Teamspeak that I fly out. The connection is restored between 10-60 seconds. In addition, this problem usually occurs during the day, after 0: 00-1: 00 it occurs almost not at all.

What did I do? First: I was previously connected via LAN cable and have changed the cable, also I have disabled the Windows Firewall. Without success. I then used my built-in wireless card in the motherboard. Without success. I then connected an external Wi-Fi USB to the front port of the computer and disabled the rest and removed Lan cables. Even without success. Then I have a new router to me and have tried everything again, also the router has been set to 5ghz and 2.4ghz, but after my failures have only put on 2.4ghz. Despite new router also no success. So it has to be on the computer, I thought. I have bought a new hard drive and installed fresh windows 10, now I have the computer completely disconnected from the router and can connect it to my phone via HotSport (mobile data), with external USB Wi-Fi and the internal built-in. Again, there were the constant disconnections.

However, my computer should be fine and why does this problem occur mostly at noon on and after 0:00 almost no more? It seemed to me rather that it was the router.

Oh yes, my TV, phone and laptop also run through routers and do not show this problem and Telekom does not seem to see any problems with itself.

When I enter about CMD "ping -n 100 http://www.google.de" everything seems to be completely normal, so no losses, I always (despite connection disconnection between in there) a ping of 13-16 with Lan as well as Wlan at all.

What am I supposed to do now? My computer works perfectly where should I know exactly where the problem is with the hardware? No matter if LAN, WLAN external or internal, everything shows problems. Where can the mistake be?

I do not know what to do anymore… If someone has the solution, I'm grateful to him for 1000x!

My data:

Connection problems occur in all online games.

Windows 10 Home

Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti

Intel core I5-3350p 3.10ghz (4 cores)

16GB Ram

Network Adapter:

Ethernet (LAN) (Realtek PCLe Family Controller)

Wlan (internal) Realtek RTL8188CU Wireless LAN 802.11n USB 2.0 Network Adapter

Wi-Fi (external) TP-Link Wireless USB Adapter

My router has a 55Mbit line from Telekom.

The dependence of the disturbance on the time of the disturbance indicates that there are disturbances in the close environment by neighbors, or is an overload of the network.

I would follow up with the Telekom and threaten with Providerwechsel.

I had a very similar problem with my grandparents. The signal is disturbed there via Powerline. If I take it out, it works. Do you use one? Have you ever checked the logs of the router? Let me do a line test at Telekom. I solved it this way:

I phoned Telekom and did some convincing. At the end came a technician, which has apparently optimized what in the local DSLAM. Works since then.

With powerline.

Hi binjee1, it could actually be that something disturbs the reception. Since it does not affect all networked devices, it could be as written by JKL213. Powerline and WLAN Repater are a potential source of error. Therefore, to exclude this as a cause, always good to test it with a minimal wiring (router => PC).
