With my AG (company size approx. 30 coworkers) a few laptops will soon be taken out of service. As I recall, all had an i5 processor and are about 4-5 years old).

The boss has offered that those who are interested can simply take them along (after removing the disks of course).

A keyboard will not "mess up" if you do not use it.

What helps unscrewing? You can then remove the keyboard as a whole. What does it help you to cleanse?

I've taken apart laptops before, but it was never necessary to clean the keyboard. Do not know how to clean your laptop keyboards…
