Open office.
There's Libre Office for free, this is not original Microsoft but built in a similar way.
You can get (very cheap) Office 2019 on the Internet, but then these are volume licenses that are resold, with the risk that the key will eventually be blocked. For private use, I would do it anyway - rather spend 40 euro for something like that out of 250 euro for the highly official version.
If you want to use the pre-installed programs from Microsoft, you can only buy one year license.
