Does the 2016 version always appear after Office 2019 download?

After a long time I planned to download MS Office 2019 Professional Plus on my laptop. I purchased the key required for this. When I downloaded it, an acc created by me at the time was added directly via OneDrive. This Acc had MS Office 2016 Professional Plus on it, but probably without activation. The only problem is that the MS Office 2019 that I installed automatically becomes MS Office 2016 because of the Acc. And he does not accept the MS Office 2019 key, but says I should download the 2019 version. But I did.

Then I logged off my former Acc, where Office 2016 is linked, completely uninstalled MS Office and downloaded the 2019 version again. But it's always the same problem. I'm not getting MS Office 2019, but 2016 instead? Do you have a recommendation for me?

Where or how did you get the key?

Is it really a key for the 2019 license version?

Microsoft users currently get Office 2019 Home & Business for 299 euro as a permanent license, while Office 2019 Home & Student including PowerPoint, Excel and Word is available for 149 euro. In comparison, at LicensingKing a legal product key for Office 2019 Home & Business for 159 euro and the Office 2019 Home & Student license key for 119.99 euro discovers offers that are only a tiny fraction of the official sales price. For example, a Microsoft Office 2016 Professional Plus key including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote, Outlook, Access and Publisher 9 euro is already available on eBay. Many other providers are also hawking the Microsoft Office 2019 download for well under 10 euro. These fraudsters promise the unsuspecting customer that they will receive a link including a product key for downloading within a very short time after completing the purchase.

E.g. Licenses for Office 2019 are installed as a key, but then turn out to be the 2016 versions - because the SETUP can contain both versions, only the one for which this key is internally registered with Microsoft is activated due to the key.

No, has nothing to do with it. Without ever having activated the key or other things that might be strange, the problem is simply that Office 2016 shows me even though I download Office 2019. So I haven't been able to redeem the code to date.
