I'm looking for a new laptop and have the opportunity to get Windows10 and Office from the university priced. Unfortunately, I do not know where to buy laptops without an operating system and will not find it on the internet…

Look for "Linux Shop" there you will find cheap dual-boot computer or Linux computer (without Windows, which are then cheaper for the price of a payment license).

Install Win, then immediately install Linux, so you have free of charge besides the unsafe Win (according to Microsoft's Russinovich) a better equipped, virus-safe operating system which is also not spied and easier to use. The Linux original DVD as a full version is always included with the IXSOFT laptops, otherwise downloadable for free and burn yourself.

Linux never uses a virus scanner (according to BSI and Linuxhase). Beginners need max. 1 hour (only 5 clicks is not like the limited Win).

Double clicking on the price of such a notebook leads you to a page that shows you exactly what components it consists of. You can also change the configuration there (for example, deselect the operating system). The price then adapts automatically accordingly.

Still, the 30 EUR you save is not the world.

Wrong: As I can see, you can't deselect the operating system there. You can only choose a different version.
