The other day, my girlfriend's laptop asked me to update and reboot, which she did. There was also some indication that support for Windows 10 expired in December. After the restart, the laptop broke down again and again when booting from Windows and tries it again. This went on forever. Since I have experience with a normal PC, I know that since similar problems have already done after taking the power. I recommended this to her and we did. Now the laptop is still a battery that needs to be discharged first. Now I hope that when I get back, the device is then off and can start again. What can I do if it still does not work?
Try to start in safemode. In Devicemnager you may see which drivers are missing.
Never unload the battarie, it will only be destroyed. There's no reason to do so, but if need be, then prefer to mine.
If this is a notebook, the battery must be removed. - Only then is the laptop de-energized.
Supposedly should help with many laptops and a 8 sec. Long press the button.
Quite simple: Play back the hopefully existing backup from before the update.
Windows 10 support is never running for private customers.
Either a suspected pirated version of Windows is then installed.
Or: It is a company computer. Then there are administrators from the company who take care of it.
Anosnten: Let this blind actionism with "battery discharged" and so on. That has no value - quite the contrary. It only shows that you do not know what you are doing.
