I bought a laptop in a buy and sell an hour ago.
Now I drove home with it in the S-Bahn and I took care that I could not fight it now.
I open it and turn it on.
The laptop makes a strange noise.
But I can't describe this sound exactly.
My question is whether something is expensive and if that is bad? Or what that could be?
I've made a video:
The employee has put pressure because he supposedly still had an appointment.
Therefore, I had not had the opportunity to extensively test the device and was probably pulled over the table.
He said he has so many interesting people, I have to strike fast.
Some have a laptop lying on their thighs or in bed, however, they gamble until the fan gets hot and broken. Then you give it to him…
See if you can bring it back / you were deceived.
Sounds like a defective HDD… If you can't do all this with the seller on the series I would buy a SSD for 20-30 euro and swap the HDD.
Only understand station
Well then give it back.
You have a warranty on the item, you are in this case not a supplicant but a contractor. Claim the article and have it repaired. Bring a grown-up witness, as the dealer negotiates much better than you.
Write down the misconduct and give the salesman your report, mention that your lawyer needs the representation of the facts also, if the (second) rework is not successful.
I'm assuming strongly that you wanted to buy a working computer with an operating system and that the dealer knew that the article had to work.
And if he declares it as transport damage? Then the warranty does not apply
The device is not visibly damaged. Only courage, you are right.
