How can I open a new project at FLStudio (Demo)?

I just downloaded the demo version of Fruity Loops onto my laptop. In all tutorials on Youtube the Youtuber simply click on File> New and a completely new song is created. The demo songs also work for me, but when I try to make a new song, clicking on 'New' displays: Could not find default empty project.

Can anybody help me further?

This is not possible in the demo version. You can only edit the given songs.
