I'm in the third year of my training as an IT system administrator and project work is just around the corner in June. The project must be registered between February 22nd. And March 22nd, 2021
The IHK specifies that a customer order with advice, analysis, problem definition, etc. Should be documented.
The problem: our customers know exactly what they want. Heist, e.g. 5x notebooks with specified specs are requested and therefore offered. That's it. There's little or no leeway.
Does anyone have experience with similar circumstances and can I help? Unfortunately, my company hardly supports me in this and we don't have any ongoing projects at the moment. I really don't know how to create a project out of a 30 minute process.
You have to write it as if the customer had no idea and you were offering them different solutions.
Then write down what are the pros and cons of the various options for solving them. So justify what is the best solution.
It's best to take a look at a few project work on the Internet.
