In the device manager the interface is displayed without error message. I've also made an update about the software but it stays that way. Then I tried everything on the big PC, even there's only demo and he does not recognize the interface. Commitments is still on the large PC me at the USB port where the interface is an error message displayed (! Black / yellow) … If I go to update drivers then I'm told that the current driver is already installed.

Well, unfortunately I do not know which DMX interface you have, but I have one of Enttec (DMX Pro USB Interface). I also connected it via USB and used it with PC Dimmer. The driver was also recognized immediately.
I advise you to install PC dimmer and try it out there. (is free).

Funny, about DMX Joker is, but not about Joker Pro. The interface will probably be too old for Pro.
