I would say yes, but the laptop won't run as smoothly overall because 4GB RAM is not enough memory for a Win10 system in my opinion.

I would recommend at least 8GB for a win10 laptop.
According to Microsoft, 4 are not enough, in my own experience, not at all for games.

Plus, Pnke laptops always suck
Laptops are not important to me, I only need them for school and if you want to play Roblox a bit, it is not worth spending that much money
