Roblox can no longer be opened after a computer crash - what to do?

I have a little problem and therefore ask for help here.

I wanted to continue playing the "Entry Point" game from Roblox this morning, but the battery of my laptop (MacBook Air, macOS Sierra) was empty and ran out accordingly. After I turned it on again, the program, which opens automatically when you click on Play on the website, did not open. Instead, the box appeared, indicating that I need to download Roblox.

I then deleted the program and downloaded it again. Still nothing. I then tried 7-8 times, in between I also restarted my laptop or increased the storage space. I even tried to download it on a different user account.

Unfortunately, this problem does not only exist with "Entry Point". No matter which game I want to open on the website, the program does not open.

Do you have any tips on what else I can try or how I can even solve this problem?

I would very much like to continue playing the game and am therefore grateful for any advice.

Install the game and download it again, maybe it will help?
