Why is Roblox not working properly for me?

I loaded Roblox on our laptop 2 days ago and created an account. I was then able to enter the servers and play on them. Yesterday I wanted to play again but whenever I registered I had to do it over and over again somehow. When I was inside I wanted to enter a server and it says that this is not possible and I have to wait. So I tried it again today and it still hangs somehow and I'm still kicked every now and then. What can that be?

This is the case with every game. And if I want to design my avatar it says that the avatar page is currently not available. And then I usually fly out.

I guess a bug from Roblox's side. There's nothing left but to wait

I contacted the support and could now play again.

Happened to me twice, I simply reloaded the page and then it worked.
