I've had a Windows 10 problem for a few days. For a few days now, when I start my laptop, a blue screen comes up, and then this error message comes up, c: \ windows \ system32 \ logfiles \ srt \ srttrail.txt, the Windows troubleshooting didn't help either, me I watched every Youtube video, but nothing helps me, I also tried to have Windows repaired by troubleshooting with a Windows 10 boot stick, which also worked, I can reinstall windows 10 because otherwise the desktop (apps ) disappear, I can save the data, which is of no use to me. So can you please help me?
Can you upload a clearly recognizable photo of the error image? Usually an error message does not come without a reason. That only one path is given sounds a bit strange. So it's best to add a photo ^^.
But if the programs disappear after a new installation, can you reinstall them? Unfortunately, I don't understand the problem behind it. You can apparently save data.
I can't quite help you. I also had this problem pretty often on Windows 10 so I switched to Linux anyway. You can install Windows 10 in the setup, and actually all data should be in a folder called Windows.old.
I can send a picture right away, because the only problem with programs is that there's a special program where I'm logged in, this program would disappear and then reinstall it, I would have to log in again, which is almost impossible, I can give you the Maybe send pictures via discord? It's damn important that I get my laptop working

One picture is enough. You can edit the question and upload the picture here. So more people can help you right away ^^.
Edit: If you have such a "special" program in which you can no longer log in (for whatever reason xD), you should no longer install this on a partition on which an operating system is installed. What if you have more errors in the future or your hard drive becomes defective?
Also, if you have something important, you should think about backups. ^^
