I've had a Windows 10 problem for a few days. For a few days now, when I start my laptop, a blue screen comes up, and then this error message comes up, c: \ windows \ system32 \ logfiles \ srt \ srttrail.txt, the Windows troubleshooting didn't help either, me I watched every Youtube video, but nothing helps me, I also tried to have Windows repaired by troubleshooting with a Windows 10 boot stick, which also worked, I can reinstall windows 10 because otherwise the desktop (apps ) disappear, I can save the data, which is of no use to me. So can you please help me?

The error can occur if a Windows update was faulty, if a software installation was faulty, in the case of hardware conflicts.

Did you install anything or had a Windows update that produced this error?

This Srt.Text file is an important system file that has been damaged. This means that the computer can no longer be started.

You can immediately press the Ctrl and F8 keys in Safe Mode (after switching on). From there you can undo everything.

Then start System Restore in the Control Panel.

I started Safe Mode but I just can't get into Windows 10, can you help me there? If I reinstall Windows, the programs are deleted because programs is the only problem that there's a special program where I'm logged in, this program would disappear and then reinstall, I would have to log in again, which is almost impossible, I can maybe send you the pictures via discord? It's damn important that I get my laptop working

If you can't get through Safe Mode in Win10, how does it work, do you still have the blue screen?

Do you have a Windows setup DVD? Let the computer start up from this installation routine CD.

Repair the MBR in the input console (master boot record) these are three commands that you can research on the net.

Unfortunately I don't have a Discord.

To be honest, the website helped me 0

You probably won't have a backup or a system image of the hard drive either.
