Terra Notebook: Error?

Our Terra notebook has a software / hardware error, possibly on the drive.

A scan from the command prompt returned the following result:

Since probably the drive is defective.

You can even run a diagnostic tool of the drive manufacturer - you can find on the support pages of the manufacturer.

If the diagnostic does not find any drive errors, then the operating system should be reinstalled.

How does that work with the license? Is that saved? Because we bought the notebook with software and therefore no code…

Yes, the key is retained and automatically becomes active when you go online.

Just click on the W10 installation that you have no key and is good.
