Playstation 4 throws other devices out of Wi-Fi, why?

I unfortunately have the problem that when I'm on my laptop, cell phone or Xbox and switch on my PS4, all other devices are thrown out of the Wi-Fi.

I'm on the network with all VIA Wi-Fi devices.

But as soon as the PS4 is on, all other devices fly out.
