My SSD with 256gb is full in my laptop and I can't understand exactly why, because I have neither games nor other memory eaters.
I only need my laptop for university affairs.
I already have programs like CCleaner / Defraggler.
What are the possibilities of programs to find out what much memory is needed? And how I can manage them best and thus delete or transfer to my hard drive.

CCleaner should already delete the unnecessary garbage and also show you where hide especially large files. Otherwise, run again
Run the command chkdsk / f to find files that specify an incorrect size and so corrected.
Do you use Windows 10? Then start the program defrag. No worries, Windows 10 will not defragment your SSD but run the so-called Trim command. This should be done automatically, but it may be that for some reason this does not happen to you.
Finally, delete the backup copies that are created during an update. Should be possible with CCleaner.
