My laptops screen in the background green?

When I boot up my laptop the screen is in the normal blue tone but then it is like a blue filter like a cell phone driving over and the picture turns green.

Dell Inspirion 5570 It is an Intel UHD 620 graphics card. CPU is an Intel Core i5.

I would appreciate tips.

Maybe night light / night mode activated?

You can find the setting under Windows 10 in the notifications at the bottom right
